Who can host a tournament?

Public, Private or Charity tournament packages are available.  Golf tournaments are a great way to enjoy the outdoors and celebrate your employees or customers.  Charity events with hole sponsors, silent auctions, and live entertainment are a fun way to raise funds for your cause.

Do I have to be a member of the Walsenburg Golf Association (WGA) to host a tournament at the course?

No. However, we plan to make your experience so much fun we're sure you'll want to join our club!

What are the minimum requirements for booking a tournament?

In order to close the course to the general public, your tournament must have a minimum of 32 players (8 teams of four).  However, closing the course to the public is not required to host a tournament.  Scheduling a block of tee times or a tournament are very similar.  Let's chat!

What is the maximum number of players allowed in a tournament?

64 players (16 teams of four).  If you have more players, let's talk.  We can make it work.

What tournament services do you provide?

We can be totally involved or very little.  Let's chat and you decide what would work best for you.

What tournament options are available?

Food, Entertainment (Music, Comedians, Karaoke), Alcohol, Auctioneers
